What sources do we have\u00a0available\u00a0and how are we going to divide the uses of that biomass to get\u00a0the\u00a0most out of it? And if there is a lot of carbon in the atmosphere will we still need to carbon compensate and sequester even if we stop using fossil fuels?<\/p>\n<p>First of\u00a0all\u00a0it is only excess biomass we are talking about: food waste, wood not used for\u00a0building\u00a0or firewood. And\u00a0waste\u00a0not composted.
