We train volunteers form local groups in the latest techniques and formalise problem solving and inventing groups to help your community  implement innovative, sustainable products and solutions faster  Some of the tools developed by AVBP have come from such sessions.

• Get Walking! maps. Pioneered in Sweden, these maps challenge local inhabitants and workers in a specific area to walk more in their daily lives and in their spare time. Walking brings both health and environmental benefits, especially when part of a 10,000 steps to health program. Maps contain clearly marked walking routes as well as health advice and a directory of exercise opportunities, places of interest and things to do.

CONCEPTS and TOOLS

• REGIONAL PRODUCTS: Regional products and services require less transport, use local resources and are often better adapted to local consumer’s needs. These products make the area more interesting to visit, too. AVBP helps development and marketing of these products, offering web-commerce and marketing agency services
• CENTRES OF WELL-BEING: To counteract the alarming trend toward ill-health created by life-style, centres offer inhabitants and visitors a wide variety of activities and treatments to promote health.
