Introduction to the AVBP Collaborative Program model

programmodelMany are recognising the need for collaborate across the board if we are to meet the challenges to sustainability now in the ascendancy. including:

  • Reduction of dependance on cheap fossil fuel
  • Reduction of chemicals placing dangerous burden on the human organism
  • Preserving the natural environment so it can continue to support communities
  • Increase in focus on preventative health
  • Maintaining a living standard for all and eradicating poverty

The AVBP collaboration model, based on state of the art program management methodologies, creates a platform for participating stakeholders to maximise their sustainability investment. Introducing more sustainable solutions involves bringing about changes in behaviour of participating organisations stakeholders. Changes may include for example:

  • regionally grown food
  • reduction of fossil based fuel transport
  • reallocation of work task sharing
  • spread of sustainable crafts and techniques
  • transition to healthier life-style

An AVBP program of collaboration will:

  • bring together stakeholders sharing similar objectives in one geographically delimited area
  • put already budgeted resources to best use
  • concentrate on addressing and resolving concerns short-term
  • maximise social good while keeping organisations financially in balance
  • bring the innovative powers of many together to find smart, easy to implement solutions

Our approach

The diagrams  illustrate the approach: Starting from stakeholders’ objectives, our projects introduce technology, manage change, spread knowledge and develop systems to bring about lasting behaviour changes and development of capability.

Using our THINK TANK methods we bring participants’ deep innovative capabilities to address challenges across the boardTT_Method
